We are JungleTrades Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

We operate the website https://jungletrades.com/ ('JungleTrades'), the mobile application JungleTrades (the 'App'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

By accessing JungleTrades, you enter a legally binding agreement and confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted all terms. If you don’t agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

1. OUR SERVICES
Service content isn’t meant for use in regions where it’s illegal or requires special registration. Users accessing it from such places do so at their own risk and must follow local laws
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You’re granted a limited, revocable licence to access and use JungleTrades content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use requires written permission. If granted, you must credit JungleTrades and display copyright notices. All other rights are reserved, and any breach will result in immediate termination of access.
Your submissions and contributions
Before using the Services, review your rights and responsibilities:
- Feedback becomes company property and may be used freely.
- Public posts are treated as Contributions and visible to others.
- By posting, you grant a global, permanent licence to use your content—including name, image, and branding—without further permission or payment.
- You’re responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, original or licensed, non-confidential, and you waive moral rights where permitted.
- The company may edit or remove harmful content, suspend accounts, and report violations.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You confirm your registration info is accurate and that you're legally eligible to use the service. Misuse, false information, or illegal activity may lead to suspension or termination of your account
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may need to register to use the Services and must keep your password private. You're responsible for all activity on your account. The company can change or remove your username if it's deemed inappropriate or offensive.

5. PRODUCTS
The company aims to display product details accurately but can't guarantee complete precision due to display differences or errors. Product availability isn't guaranteed, items may be discontinued anytime, and prices can change.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You must give accurate payment details. Prices, taxes, and shipping may change, and the company can charge your method at checkout and correct pricing errors afterward. They may refuse or cancel orders at their discretion, especially if multiple orders use the same account or payment info.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Users must have a paid subscription to post on JungleTrades. Plans differ by location and user type, and fees are non-refundable—even if listings are removed or services end. JungleTrades doesn’t manage user transactions, and accounts may be suspended without refund for policy violations.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at jungletradeskum@gmail.com.
Fee
Changes: We may, from time to
time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price
changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
8. SELLER AND BUYER OBLIGATIONS
Seller Obligations
Sellers must list honestly, own the items they post, follow all laws, avoid transactions on the platform, communicate respectfully, keep listings updated, and avoid manipulative or abusive practices.

Buyer Obligations
Buyers on JungleTrades must act with integrity and use the platform responsibly:

They should verify listings themselves, understand that transactions happen off-platform at their own risk, communicate respectfully with sellers, and avoid misuse or deceptive behaviour.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not engage in illegal conduct, post false or harmful content, upload malicious code, harvest data, or abuse platform features such as mass-posting or fake accounts. These actions violate JungleTrades’ safety and compliance standards.
Prohibited Listings
JungleTrades prohibits listings of illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or sexually explicit items; human-related services; fake government or financial documents; endangered wildlife; restricted weapons; and scams or misleading offers.

10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
You may share content on the service, but it
must be legal, respectful, original or properly licensed, and must not infringe
on others’ rights or privacy. Harmful or misleading content is prohibited and
may result in suspension or termination of access.
11. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
By posting content, you give the company a
global licence to use and adapt it—including your name, image, and voice—for
any purpose. You retain ownership but waive moral rights and
can’t
hold the company liable. They may edit or remove your content at any time
without monitoring it.Â
12. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Users may leave reviews but must follow strict guidelines—no offensive, false, discriminatory, or misleading content. The company can accept or remove reviews at its discretion and isn’t liable for them. Reviews don’t reflect the company’s views, and by posting, users grant broad rights to use the content.

13. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE
You’re allowed to install and use the app on your personal device for private, lawful use only. Commercial use, reverse engineering, or creating competing products is prohibited. When downloaded from Apple or Google stores, you receive a limited licence under their terms. The company—not the app stores—provides support. Refunds may be available if the app fails, but no further warranties apply. You must comply with third-party terms and avoid restricted lists.

14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The company isn’t responsible for third-party links or content on the service. Use them at your own risk, review their terms, and handle any purchases or issues directly with the third party.

15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
The company may monitor the service, take legal action for violations, restrict or remove user content, and manage the platform to protect its rights and ensure smooth operation—but isn’t obligated to do so.

16. PRIVACY POLICY
By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy
and consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the UK,
regardless of differing data laws in your region.
17. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
If you believe your copyright is being infringed on the Services, you should notify us. A copy of your notice will be sent to the content poster. False claims may lead to legal liability, so consult a lawyer if unsure.

These terms remain in effect while you use the services. The company can suspend or delete your account or content at any time without notice. If your account is terminated, you cannot create a new one under any name, and the company may pursue legal action if necessary.

The company may change, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice and isn’t obligated to update content. Service access isn’t guaranteed, and the company isn’t liable for interruptions, delays, or related losses.

These Legal Terms follow the laws of England and Wales,
excluding international sales conventions. EU-based consumers retain
protections under their local laws. Legal disputes can be brought in England or
the consumer’s EU country of residence.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
Before starting arbitration, both sides agree to try resolving any dispute informally for at least 30 days, beginning with written notice. This helps reduce costs and speed up resolution.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute will be resolved by a single
arbitrator under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The
arbitration will take place in England, conducted in English, and follow
English law.
Restrictions
Any arbitration will be handled individually—no group cases, class actions, or public representation are allowed.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
Certain disputes—like those involving intellectual property, theft, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief—are excluded from arbitration and will be resolved in court. If this clause is deemed unenforceable, affected disputes must go to a court with proper jurisdiction.

The company may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in service information—such as descriptions or pricing—at any time without prior notice.

The services are offered “as-is” without guarantees. The company disclaims all warranties and isn’t liable for errors, security breaches, or third-party issues. Users must exercise caution and judgment when using the platform or external links.
24. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
JungleTrades is a neutral listings-only platform and does not verify listings, user conduct, or transactions. It isn’t liable for losses, disputes, or technical issues, and does not mediate between users. All interactions are at users’ own risk.
Cap on Liability
JungleTrades’ total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid in the past three months. If you haven’t paid any fees, you’re only entitled to injunctive relief, not damages—unless required by law.

25. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to cover any losses or legal claims
against the company arising from your content, use of the service, breaches of
the terms, or harm to other users. The company may take overÂ
the
defence at your expense, and you must cooperate. They’ll notify you of such
claims when aware.
26. USER DATA
The company may store and back up data to manage service performance, but you're solely responsible for your own data. They aren’t liable for any loss or corruption, and you waive any claims related to such issues.

27. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By using the services, you agree to receive communications electronically and accept electronic signatures, contracts, and records. You waive any legal requirements for physical documents or original signatures.

These terms are the full agreement. The company can transfer its rights, isn’t liable for uncontrollable events, and if one part is invalid, the rest still stands. Using the service doesn’t create a job or business relationship, and you accept the terms as-is.
